I was skeptical going here due to all the negative reviews, but didn’t have any other options. They were incredibly kind and gentle with my cat! Very professional and positive as well! I would recommend giving them a chance yourself, I left very satisfied and my cat was in good hands.

Im absolutly impressed with the support,kindness and proffessional way the Grooming Salons manager conducts herself. She is who Id choose if I had to choose someone to run my salon. She supports and trains her staff with kindness n knowledge. I was very impressed today ,as it was our 1st grooming appointment with this Salon. My poodles look stunning. Thank you for listening and being a great manager and groomer. See your Salon soon Stella&Ted..P.s. Thank you Julia H (our new wonderful,sweet,talented) groomer. The poos cant wait to come see you again

I'm old enough to remember when customer service was paramount. Some kids today are really kind and respectful and working in retail is good for them to do. Some are not! My experience in the aquarium department, well, let's just say that I hope the fish I was going to but is doing ok at the store and that the rest of them are over the terror of the way the employee scared the $#it out of them!!!
