The Grooming Dept with Serenity and Kayla are amazing. I have a sensitive corgi recovering from cancer treatments and he has 1 eye. He's always happy with his VIP treatment and so am I.

After a failed grooming at an Illinois Petco store, the CEO & Regional manager contacted the Puyallup store manager, Josh. Josh reached out to me about how he could make it right. Olympia was given the ViP treatment & I was given a $50. Petco gift card! When I saw Olympia, I was amazed at the job that Groomer Julia did. I would say that both Josh & Julia are great assets to their company! The store itself is clean & well stocked. Puyallup Petco is the store to shop at for your pets!

This is my favorite place to bring family pups to get groomed and for treatos!! They always love being able to go in the store and sniff around. I've had great experiences in the grooming department over the years with various dogs. The groomers are always knowledgeable and kind.
