Our realtor recommended Greg for our home inspection contingency. Not only did Greg complete an extremely thorough inspection, he went above and beyond to help us connect with a specific roof inspector for further investigation, discussed his concerns with them, and offered even further assistance with suggestions on how to fix certain things because he was a general contractor for many years. We whole heartedly trust Greg and he was very fairly priced as well!

I have used NW Home Inspector twice, both on super short notice. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating, as the two instances had different needs. Checked every nook and crawl space. Broke it down and let us know what should be immediately looked at or can wait. If we could do it ourselves or needs a professional. Will def use again if I ever need an inspection.

This is the company you want to hire! Jesse was phenomenal. He was very detail oriented, explained everything, and was able to fit us in last minute. Following the inspection he provided a high quality report including photos and homeowner tips (extremely valuable as a first time homeowner). I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection.
