“Absolutely LOVE Wendy! She has been my go to for almost 5 years now. All you do is show her a pic, & BAM, it’s even better than you expected. She’s very professional and I’ll let you know if something is not realistic to do or an alternative. I wish I had more pics to show but I always just do boomerangs and post them on instagram ? if you go to their insta, you can see what she is capable of. A lot are of my nails friendly environment. Definitely call and book for designs to make sure you have enough time. Her employees are sweet too. If I house give more then 5 stars, I would. They’re VERY fair on pricing compared to the amount of work they put into everything.

“First, I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I do love all the nail techs and the environment, you can watch romantical movies and relax without feeling rushed!

I will say though the last few sets of acrylic I’ve got, have either popped off or the nail broke. I spent $90 WITH TIP, only for them to pop off less than a week later and all on 7/4. I wfh so I’m not out here smacking my hands around and generally am pretty gentle on my hands.

I’m a little disappointed and upset. So I’ll more than likely be sticking to pedicures.“

I got a pedicure with some acrylic on my toes to match the square shape with french tip and definitely delivered. on my nails i got gel acrylic with french tip. the clear top coat she uses on my toes has a pink clear color pop outside or in the sun and it's my absolute favorite. i don't think i'd choose to go another store for my toes. she definitely got me to switch from getting full acrylic toes to just natural. i love it. Words can't explain how the vibes were. all i know is i definitely felt at home and would spend the whole day here if i could!“

My sister and i both got ur nails done to the 9 and we loved it all. Without services ranging from fullset pedi to fullset mani and the team being do professional, especially when walke in an hr before closing yet still we was satisfy with our nails and other services like my eyebrow reshaping and waxing.

She answered every single one of my questions so we went with the best route, helped me choose a color, and she was patient with me. She explained each nail process with me to find the best one for my nails. I had a LOT of questions and I was way too tense the entire time but Jenny continued to treat me with kindness. “I have nothing but great things to say about this place! The only services I've ever been here for are brows (but my mom gets her hair and brows done here and loves it as well) but I could not be happier. I started my brow journey here after years of attempted recovery from the early 2000s pencil brow epidemic ... I had done a lot to regrow them myself, but couldn't get the full brows I wanted, and had short "tails" and bald spots here and there that just wouldn't grow back, so I had to fill them in with pencils. They didn't look horrible but I felt so self-conscious about the way they looked without makeup. I was gifted the microblading service one Christmas (I think 2022?) and immediately was hooked! Not only was the environment SO chill (Autumn is one of the most relaxed/easiest people to talk to) but I loved how direct and clear she was. From even the first texts we exchanged back and forth she was adamant about never selling false hope or committing to a final product she couldn't achieve, which helped me fully grasp where my brows would/should end up. As a matter of fact, she wouldn't even give any assurance of ANY outcome before meeting in person for the free consultation so she could see what she was working with and make happen! I've felt confident and comfortable for the entirety of all my services so far, and Autumn is wonderful about taking a pause to check in and have her clients view the progress and feel assured that things are going how they wanted/expected. She's also constantly verbally filling you in on where she's at and what she's doing, so you always know step-by-step what is going on even without looking. What Up Brow has given me the opportunity to feel happy, confident, and PROUD of my brows for the first time in my life- which is HUGE after years of shame over non-existent brow hair. I can't imagine ever trusting anyone else with my brow maintenance and hope I never have to! She's the real MVP! A final note- I did see a very negative review of the brow services with nothing but a brief screenshot of a text thread and a very unclear view of some henna brows (which honestly didn't look bad). I don't know the girl who posted that, but what I can say is that my years of experience now working with Autumn and What Up Brow can fully confirm that all her complaints of false promises and lack of communication during a service are 1000% inaccurate, and there are also only negative reviews on that girl's account (the other even with a response from a business owner stating that girl never even got a service from her business and accusing her of defamation) so my assumption is that this girl isn't the most reliable source for an honest review“

“Walked in Friday afternoon for a mani/pedi and decided to get dip instead as a treat to myself for a friend's wedding. A lovely couple owns this welcoming and intimate salon. I had the place to myself which gave me an opportunity to talk with the owners, they've had this shop since 1998 and I can see why. They provided excellent service at a fair price. I showed them a picture of the inspiration for my nails, and I was asked if I wanted a design or flowers. I passed because I just wanted simple, it was tempting as her nails were beautifully done. Thank you both for the great service, my nails were perfect with my dress! Definitely recommend and would go back. Total was $90 for both services and well worth it.
