LIFE CHANGING. I went in for a free workout today and left with a membership. I wish I had tried this sooner, especially during the winter.I always imagined these places as a big overheated room full of sweaty smelly people, but you get your own private CLEAN sauna and follow along with an exercise video. Everything is so clean. I love how there’s a shower available as well as a weights area for strength training. They offer great incentives to help keep you motivated and everyone was so nice and helpful during my first visit.I’m SO excited to do this regularly!

Love it here! I prefer working out in a small atmosphere like this. Rather than large gym, where you feel like everyone is staring at you and trainers approaching you asking to purchase a training session. The saunas here are always clean. The staff is friendly, and I love the free weights that I can use. Highly recommend if you like working out solo or in small group sessions.

What a great experience!! I’ve only had my first visit (this AM) and I joined!! I’m already planning to return tomorrow. Place was VERY clean and Allie is the one who helped me and she was AMAZING!! It was tough I won’t lie….but I’m not discouraged! It takes time to get in the grove but I can tell I will reach my goals with Hotworkx. Allowing the heat to do what it does is half the battle. I felt ZERO judgement from the staff or other members. I’m looking forward to making this part of my life routine. It’s not just about looking better but feeling better and I feel GREAT!
