Troy was amazing! My computer crashed right in the middle of a class - he helped me get the right specs, pointed me to the best place to replace my computer and then transferred all my data so fast. Absolutely fantastic shop. Highly professional. Calm and cool individuals. Realistic rates and honest. I’ve built numerous pc’s and was a little beat by my issue, didn’t have the time to continue troubleshooting but had a general idea of what it was. Gave Troy the run down and left it to him to finish. Determined my issue with a quick turnaround so I can get the correct replacement part I thought I needed. Thank you guys!
