Booster Pet as a whole has been great to us which is why we keep returning but this specific location for some reason is not very professional. This is the second time we’ve come here and been rudely treated by just one staff member. Their attitude towards me while I was explaining our issue (and the whole time actually) was very off. Similar experience as last time but different issue, cat, and staff. Sighed at us and made it seem like it was an inconvenience to them that our animal was having a problem, as if it isn’t their job to figure it out. We were able to make an appointment for the same day and the staff was very friendly, quick and efficient. Easily one of the smoothest/quickest pet appointments I've experienced.
I had a vacation planned and need a rabbies vaccine for my boy, so I get here and they help me. Accomodate us between two appointments and my dog was able to get his vaccine. All the staff very friendly and understanding. I will be back, and move all my dogs to this place for care. Recommended 100%
