We have just moved into our new home built by Appleton Homes. Pete did an outstanding job. We were impressed with his honesty and attention to detail. Working with us when we were absent a lot during the build must have been difficult but he was always upbeat.

We highly recommend Pete and Appleton Homes! And we actually have recommended Appleton Homes to some friends that were looking to build. We were hesitant to go the route of buying land and having a house built, but we are so happy we did! Pete was so helpful during the entire process and helped connect us to folks even during the complicated permitting process and getting approval from the city. We really appreciated his communication, transparency, and professionalism. He and his team were just a pleasure to work with, and we enjoyed meeting them regularly on the site throughout the build. For anyone considering Appleton Homes for your project, let me say you simply won’t find a better builder on the planet.

We just got the certificate of occupancy for the second home Pete and crew have built for me and the experience was once again amazing. Although these were both “smaller” homes than he usually builds, they both came out like mansions of the highest class. Every detail was completed with the highest level of craftmanship and I’m pretty hard to please when it comes to attention to detail.
