I decided to get my boyfriend’s coat dry cleaned for him as a Christmas gift over a month ago. I have a receipt saying the item would be done in less than a week and I have not received any calls or texts from them about my item. Furthermore I went into the store to see if they had my item done or nearly done and they were not helpful about the status of my item at all. I’m really upset because it was a nice coat of my boyfriends that I was trying to do something nice for and now he is without a good coat for the winter months. I really hope western laundry hasn’t lost or ruined my item and i do expect them to compensate me when i finally hear that my item is laundered....read full review

Great customer service, clothes came out nicely! It's pricier than the city, but it makes sense they have to charge more to stay in business.Again, wonderful people who obviously care about making you a happy customer. We will definitely be returning.
