Daylan showed up with a fantastic attitude willing to clean out an old furnace. He said he just cares about customers and was eager to get the job done right. When it's time for a new system PH&E is who I'll call.

I’ve been trying to get my outdoor fireplace repaired for over a year. I tried a number of businesses in town, with no success, and ultimately ended up with a recommendation that I had to replace the fireplace. But then I called Pullman heating electric. It was a bit of an uphill climb, the issue was complicated, but they stuck with it, and they were the only ones that were able to repair it back to new condition. I highly recommend them. They know what they’re doing!! Professional, friendly,, and highly competent. Reasonably priced too!

Through an extension of a different company, they take a long time to hear updates from. I feel like we've had to pester and the temperature hasn't been friendly over the last month while out AC has been offline. It would be nice if they were more communicative with updates on pending parts and service. I would shop elsewhere where possible.
