Woke up Monday with the temperature inside the house at 51 degrees. Even though it was a federal holiday, they got their man out very quickly and it turns out a bird had gotten into the furnace from the exhaust exit pipe. Only took about 20 minutes to diagnose and correct the situation and the furnace is now providing nice toasty heat

We had an unfortunate situation with a job that went sideways. These things happen, however -- the owner, John, made it right. Bad things happen in life, when it comes to contractors the biggest difference is how they respond. Pullman heating and electric has my trust.

A/c went down during the heat of summer and they responded very quick. Allison is amazing, she understood my concerns and went about her work very professionally. I would highly recommend using them.
