I think I was the most anxious first time mom in the world, but Dr Shields is truly an angel always being so patient and answering all our questions, and helping us navigate caring for our baby! We are so grateful for her and the Palouse Peds team for always getting us in and caring for our baby and family!

We’ve been a patient at Palouse Pediatrics since summer of 2023. They’re always able to get us in for last minute sick appointments and every nurse, doctor, and admin we’ve interacted with has been fantastic.

Dr. Frostad was amazing at my son's 6 year check up. He spoke directly to my son and treated him with so much respect. My son was shy but he made him feel very comfortable and took his time instead of rushing. No doctor has ever taken me seriously about my concerns for my son, and he did. Now we are going to get the help he needs after 5 years of doctors ignoring me!
