Billy at Hilliards is awesome! I found out my water heater was leaking yesterday. I called them this morning and they were headed to my house within an hour to fix the water heater. I found out I needed a new water heater, which they immediately ordered. While Billy was there he serviced my gas heater HVAC. He found a dead bird in the heater. I am so glad I called these guys. Everyone else couldn't even take a look for several weeks even though it was an emergency. I will only use Hilliard's in the future. I highly recommend them.

On SuperBowl Sunday, my sewer line backed up into my basement floor drain. Hilliards had someone at my house within an hour. He snaked the sewer line to the city main and quickly fixed my issue. 5 stars!!!

Boiler service and repair.My house was built in 1963 and it has a boiler heating system. It started acting up, heating when it wanted to and not heating when it wanted to, even when turned completely OFF at the thermostat!William (who has a history with and knows the system at my house) and Billy (I'm betting his trainee) were both extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. They diagnosed the problem, but needed to order a part to fix it.Due to the fact many people in town had NO heat, I told them to just get to me when they could.
