I wanted to edit this review because it was simply not enough praise! I have since moved states, so I'm not sure who all is in the office, but my experience with Joann was PHENOMENAL. Seriously, I came in because I have hair growth in PCOS areas and was very self-conscious. She made me feel comfortable at all times, and the process was always quick but very efficient. Since moving, I have tried two electrolysis locations near me that do not even come close. They are twice the price with far inferior service than what I received with Joann. I have gone to Joanne for both electrolysis and some sugaring for years. She is kind, efficient, professional and provides a wonderful service. I would recommend her to anyone! Electrolysis can be a big commitment, depending on the amount of hair needing to be removed, but has been the only thing that has had a long term effect for me!

I have gone to 3 places for waxing in Pullman. However, after this experience I will be going to Joann exclusively. She was detailed, kind, and her rates are the best in the area. Going in for waxing can be a little intimidating, but she made the experience relaxing and comfortable. 10/10 will be recommending her to my friends!!!
