“I had searched high and low in Moscow and Pullman last year for a consistent cut I could rely on, and as soon as I visited Powers Barbershop, my search was over. Morgan dialed in my cut and after a few appointments, she knew exactly what I wanted and got my hair styled to a T every single time. On top of the great cut, Morgan and her husband Joseph, who run the shop, are really nice folks. Every time I visited there was enjoyable conversation and laughs.
