I cannot recommend Williams Carpet Cleaning highly enough. The five stars I gave them is apropos because you get five star customer service and a five star cleaning at great reasonable prices. Randy and his team were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. l had a situation where I had carpet that was less than one year old with cat urine from two cats I recently adopted from the shelter. I tried to treat it on my own, but the carpet remained discolored with an extremely unpleasant, pungent smell. Several years ago we needed red spots removed from our carpet and Williams Carpet Cleaning are the only ones who would help us. Naturally when we recently needed an area rug cleaned, we called Williams Carpet Cleaning and Janet was accommodating for our crazy timeline and was able to set up an appointment very quickly. Jeff came out and was highly professional and kind. He did a fantastic job on the rug. Our rug was cleaned and looks brand new! We highly recommend Williams Carpet Cleaning Company to all of our friends and family.
