I called them last minute after getting a call we were going to have company stay with us, and our carpets had some 'pet odor' that was not very pleasant. I got scheduled quickly and they showed up on time, with several advance texts to let me know they were on the way. Our carpet was not in the best condition, and the blacklight inspection showed us multiple area where our ShihTzu visited that we were unaware of. Paul and his son did a fantastic job! Absolutely pleasant to work with. They were efficient and affective! They did exactly what I asked of them! You will be satisfied with the service! 10/10 would recommend! Also, gave some solid advice to get the indents in the carpet to come out!!

Paul has been cleaning carpets for over 30 years. He and his son are a great team. I really appreciated the prompt response I got when I called him based on a Google search. Having a real human being answer the phone and schedule an appointment — and then show up on time — was everything to me. In addition, I got the best carpet cleaning I’ve ever had.
