It was my first time at a chiropractor and overall, she takes the time to listen and care about getting you well and back to your best self. She understands anatomy and will not over stress your body just for results but understands exactly where to push, pull and rotate to target your sore areas.

As well, she really listens to the story behind an injury or ache to customize your experience fully. Her treatments work wonders, and she is flexible with her scheduling. Communication is great as well!
