Imagine this scenario for a first-time appointment: You make an appointment with a human for June 19th. You confirm the appointment via an automated text received by them for the Jun 19th date. On the day of the appointment (June 19th), you receive another automated text showing the appointment is for June 19th and you drive over and arrive at the appointment time only to find the doors are locked with a sign that says "CLOSED FOR JUNETEENTH". Aces! In addition to us, there was an older gentleman waiting there and was visibly frustrated his appointment wasn't happening either. He was on his phone verifying his appointment was also the same day.

Amazing pediatrician and nurses!! But the office manager argued with me about my child's insurance and is not getting back to me about the situation. She has left me in the dark for 5 months! I know their covered because we've talked to the insurance company. When I called to set up us using this office I was told they take my insurance so I'm baffled by the issues and lack of communication . I would give 5 stars if it weren't for my experiences with her.
