Debbie and team have been cleaning my home ever since I moved to the area. It all started 18 months ago when I bought my home. It had been empty for a while and was very grimy, and because I was also selling my former home at the same time (and was recovering from a back injury) I really had no good ability to get into the house and clean it before my things would arrive. After another local business, advertising move in cleaning, declined my job reflexively because they assumed I would not be recurring, I was lucky to find Simply House Cleaning. From day 1 Debbie has been so easy to work with. She has been kind, professional and I feel she goes above and beyond in a business where time is truly money. I was pleased with the move in scrub down and have seen Debbie's team almost every 2 weeks since (except for pandemic gaps which were expected and appreciated). Easy to reschedule with appropriate notice. I think I rescheduled Debbie 2 or 3 times - before I had even spent a dime with her - because my transaction closing schedules shifted. My travel schedule and even the pandemic have been a breeze to accommodate. Team is super polite. I can feel the smiles behind the pandemic masks, and the team is always a joy to have around the house. They are even sweet with my dog and shared curiosity and sympathy regarding my other dog who had recently passed away. I usually see familiar faces - I think - and that would be my only complaint: I am not always sure it's the same team coming over because they are so good about masking up and so unobtrusive. Once I thought a new worker was another long standing employee. Oops! Dang masks (which I also appreciate - thanks for keeping me and yourselves safe)! My advice working with any cleaning company is to always communicate with openness and kindness, set reasonable expectations, share feedback in the moment when it can best be addressed without causing headaches and financial losses, and remember the humanity of the people who are doing all the work you can't or won't do for yourself. I am so glad to see my Simply House Cleaning team! Thanks for sparing me all the tasks I am too lazy to do, all the fights about who made what mess and who cleans what and when and how, all the stress of pulling the house back together after I let it go too long, and doing all that for fair money and with professionalism from every angle.

The quality of service from Simply House Cleaning is next level. I have never had my home more spotless than after this team works on it. They not only cleaned the house but they were enthusiastic throughout the entire job. Five stars hands down :)
