“The Shaolin Mixed Martial Arts program in Bremerton is a 5-star program for me. I participate in JKD/Kali, Kickboxing, and the Boxing programs. Through these programs I have learned practical skills to protect myself and my family, lost a significant amount of weight, re-gained my strength, found new friends, and improved my relationship with my family.A special thank you to Coach Ron Richardson –After I participated in the Boxing program for a year, I encourage my oldest son (High School Freshman) to try out the program. With hesitation, he agreed. I believe it took three sessions, then he was 100 percent dedicated to the program. Since then, we have grown closer together, his confidence has skyrocketed, and I know beyond a shadow of a doubt he will be able to defend himself if the need arises. I recently introduced my second son to the program (7th grader).
