I can’t say enough good things about our Emerald Installation experience! From the estimator, to the schedulers, to the installer, we had excellent service and LOVE our new carpet. The estimator, Craig, went above and beyond as we asked him to bring the samples more than once. Lori, our Emerald project manager, was extremely responsive to all communications and was very tolerant of my crazy indecision! The installer, Alberto was nothing short of amazing! I don’t think I have ever seen anyone work that hard. He moved our very heavy furniture efficiently, while taking care of our treasured things. Due to something out of his control, he could not get here until noon. Emerald guaranteed the work would be done in one day and that guy stayed until 8:30 at night to finish. I’m not sure he even got a break to eat! All that AND the carpet is beautiful! We chose a Mohawk Exquisite Touch. LOVE IT!
