We brought my 9-year-old daughter in for a haircut under protest, she was not happy with us at all. Hollie was very kind and patient and did a great job on her hair! It has been a couple of hours now, and our daughter had warmed up to the new ‘do. I dare say she might even like it, though it will probably be a couple of days before she admits it. We are so grateful that Hollie helped make a bit of a stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. It is never easy to work with a prickly customer, even a pint-sized one! We will definitely be back, hopefully with a more cheerful kiddo now that she knows she is in good hands!
