I strongly recommend Wayne and his team. My wife and I own the Port Gamble General Store & Cafe and late yesterday our cafe drains became backed up and unusable, which would have required us to keep our cafe closed until the situation was addressed. I called Wayne and he took action immediately scheduling his guy, Mark, to be at the store first thing this AM. Mark was very professional, friendly and effective.
