My husband and I are beyond impressed with AllCounty’s superb customer service and obvious knowledge and expertise of their work. Our interaction with them was amazing from start to finish.We initially interfaced with them as they do our yearly septic maintenance check. We enjoy that there is no scheduling, they automatically come out.We recently encountered some back up in our showers and sinks so we started by emailing AllCounty in the afternoon. My husband received a response immediately that they would try to fit us in next morning. All County has seriously been a God send to us!! I'll spare the details of my long story. but a long story short, we were lost on what to do about our situation, confused and obviously not really in the financial position for such a huge project. Herc was patient, explained well, and just seemed to honestly care about our situation! the pricing was great compared to other bids I received. I cant speak highly enough about this company and the ownership! honest people, an honest business and we were more than just dollar sign!
