One of the best Massage Therapists in town ! Not typical spa massage here. This is a massage that is tuned in to you energetically, physically and mentally in a space that support health.
After suffering a herniated disc in 2003, I have seen many different massage therapists, and MJ shines above the rest. I have been going to Spirals Edge for about 6 years now and always leave feeling better than ever and energized to try some of the exercises, stretches and home remedies she has suggested. Without fail, her advice has been spot on. Her office and work spaces are peaceful and her approach is empowering. An she has Saturday hours too!
