Had no pressure from my well pump today - called Steve and he offered to come check it out in a few hours after his other job. In the mean time he walked me though the steps to test and reset things over the phone and actually got everything up and running again! I'll definitely be calling Steve again for any service in the future. Thanks again!

We found out our basement leak was due to our well pump, because the plumbers said they would not come out. But they gave us Steve's #. He called me back the same day and came out the next. We know nothing about wells, but he was able to look at pictures and once he came, troubleshooted what was needed. He came back the next day with the necessary parts and even replaced a connection that had been done poorly in the past and was not tied to the leak. He was friendly and knowledgeable and his price was great. We are so relieved to discover him and will call him again in a heartbeat if we have another well/pump issue.

When we had problems with our pump,Steve came right away. Very knowledgable and professional. In my opinion he is the only person you need to contact for your pump or well problems. Would highly recommend. The Choates
