After nursing my old radiant boiler for 15 years, and a system that never performed adequately, I called Bret at NW Infloor. I no longer have to turn off thermostats to get hot water and the new system runs efficiently. Happy wife, happy life! Should have made the call years ago. Bret is reliable, honest, and fair. Most knowledgeable and honest contractor I have ever met. He educates to better help you decide what is needed and settles on what you want. He does shared decision solutions. He is transparent about the cost. Does not try to sell something that you do not need. He is very calm and never pressure sells anything. I have no reservations and would recommend him to anyone.
