“Medical reviews are tricky -- our system in the US is flawed and floundering, but that isn't specific to The Doctors Clinic or their staff. They have minimal control over their appointment availability, or in many cases the costs of their services. So this review is specific to Dr Li. She is, hands down, one of the most skilled professionals I've encountered in _any_ field, even outside of medicine. It is clear in EVERY conversation I have with her that she not only has mastery of her specialty, but just as importantly has thoroughly familiarized herself with my specific case. She asks questions like any medical professional, but she does not ask me to repeat information I've already provided to her or her staff -- she simply knows it. A doctor who knows their specialty well is not terribly rare, but a doctor who knows YOU is almost impossible to find. Dr Li is that doctor. Also important to note is that this is true of her nursing staff as well. Helpful, kind, and professional. I cannot recommend these folks highly enough.“

“This is my second 5 star experience with this clinic. First experience 2 years ago was awesome.

Two years ago it was a broken hand, I was in and out with my cast in 45 minutes- no lie! Spotlessly clean then and still spotlessly clean now. Great staff, Elizabeth and Dr Russell addressed my issues with champion knowledge and even better bedside manner.

The entrance to this urgent care is not well marked. It is the greenery covered door to the right of the clinic main entrance as you approach the building.

I am not sure why people leave such poor reviews. You should consider yourself very lucky to have such a great place to go on Island. If you thought it was bad at this place, try going to the other places off Island.....the hassle involved getting there, then there's filth and hit/miss staff at these other places. I know as I went there before and was sorely disappointed.

“Sun March 16, 2025, Excellent service from the minute of being admitted by Amy & Tami.. Nurse Raquel explained everything she was doing and why, I wish to thank everyone i came in contact with for my chest x ray and my chest CatSacn. Then Dr. Bennett explained in detail the results of all the lab blood tests, and x rays. I received all the news good and bad. He even made the follow up appt. with my regular doctor. I thank everyone i came in contact with you all made me feel comfortable and that you care. This is the way one should feel. THANK YOU ALL“

“My husband developed a rash on his chest and because we had a 3 week old grandchild in the house, we decided to have it looked at. Dr Matthew Hoefler saw us after a 3 hour wait and it was totally worth it. He did not pretend to know everything and double checked his info on shingles and chickenpox. I respected that. Then he did a swab that would be definitive as a test. This made the visit totally worth the effort. He explained everything clearly.“
