“I was so shocked and pleasantly surprised that this place was not only so quick wiht the turn around, but the women working there was such a delightful person and fixed my tower in a day. I had a computer I built 4 years ago and started having some issues with the audio, which then became a full blown melt down and I had to completely wipe the computer to even get it to boot. I brought it to her in case I was doing anything incorrectly and she instantly fixed the issue I was unable to diagnose. So fast and very friendly! Go here! Shes awesome!“

Very patient. Asks clarifying questions.<br>Reflects my concerns and gives me an honest approximate time of service..."will get to it when we can...a bit swamped".<br><br>A few hours later I get a call, much like a trusted mechanic, explaining/confirming the discussed issue and tells me I need a new PSU that they have in stock that will accommodate my GTX 3070 and other hardware. I give the ok and a little later am called back for pick up.<br><br>Easy breezy!<br><br>Reasonable cost and back to gaming.“
