I need a physical. I told the scheduler that I want to address three chronic concerns. No. You are only allowed one topic, so at least one other appointment is required to address the other concerns. I was rather surprised that the wait time to talk to a scheduler has reduced considerably. That is a pleasant surprise after four years of 15- 35 minute wait times to make an appointment. Their treatment of patients discourages patients from following through with treatment.

To the 3 office staff who felt the need to talk shit about my mom how dare you..... in the middle of the lobby today at the port orchard clinic let it be known it is very unprofessional and wrong to do so! A Formal complaint has been filed with customer service and the office manager how dare you It is had for her to get out of the house as is. This adds to it just getting her to go there and to go to the dr and to be humiliated by you makes it even harder for her all shoud be ashamed of yourselves. Well, it was Franks day to soldier up and accept his CV19 vaccination. So I put on my fatigues , laced up the boots and put my kevlar helmet on and made my way to KAISER.Now I'm in the parking lot, take a deep breath and walked into the lobby. Greeted by a doctor and then I was told to check in which took a minute. The wonderful nurse informed me to go down the hallway for further directions. The new nurse showed me to a room or the injection room which I entered. 10 seconds later it was all over. Only thing left was to get my sticker and wait 15 minutes and then Adiós Amigo!The folks at KAISER have the system down and that's much appreciated not only for me... read full review
