Huge thanks to Air Anderson for the amazing job on our furnace! The whole team was kind, professional, and so easy to work with. They were fast, efficient, and did beautiful, clean work. We’ve always had great experiences with them and truly trust their team. We’ll definitely continue working with them and highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC services.

Air Anderson is great! In the January cold snap our furnace went out. Yikes. We called Dana's Heating and Cooling as they had installed our furnace and serviced it over the years. I was told they could send a service guy in SEVEN DAYS!! We had no heat and even with that information she was unmoved. I then called Air Anderson. They were able to send Mark to our rescue. He came that same morning and was able to do a temporary fix so we could have heat. Once the cold snap was over Air Anderson sent Jose to do a permanent fix. He was able to reroute a PVC pipe so that very few inches of the pipe were exposed to the outside (thus subject to freezing). When Dana's did the original install there was many feet of exposed pipe which did freeze and caused the furnace to fail. I am so glad that we are now using Air Anderson for our heating and air conditioning needs. Lois F. Port Orchard, WA
