As our previous window cleaning service had left the state, I searched Google maps for potential new contractors from which to take quotes. Justin's quote made my decision a no-brainer. Compared to the other quotes I'd received, it was more than competitive and covered more services, too.
We have our windows cleaned every spring, and I have always power washed our sizeable deck myself. But that takes me 2-3 days at my age, and time was tight due to upcoming guests on the calendar, so I hired Justin to do that job as well, and his method was far superior, took only about 2 hours, and was much safer in protecting our 1-year-old new Trex deck. He also included power washing all the powder coated aluminum railing and glass infill.
We also had not had our siding washed in the 15 years we've owned the house, so several areas higher up on the 2nd floor had become beyond grungy, and we agreed it was time for a full house washing. Justin and his assistant gave everything a very thorough cleaning, including all the exterior gutters, eaves, anything that had accumulated dirt over the years.
We also had him power wash our lower driveway and walkway, and even clean the moss off of our aluminum deck furniture. Everything looks absolutely great! Best of all was Justin's professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction througout the day. I also hired him to repair several spots on our gutters that were leaking, but that wasn't possible that day due to rain. Has to be dry for the sealant to adhere to the metal, so he'll be back soon to complete that task.
Always happy to find a contractor here in Kitsap with integrity who is also quality minded. Even better when the cost is reasonable and affordable. There's a reason Justin's schedule is mostly full, and it's because he's built a solid reputation for his company amidst a sea of also-rans. We already had our gutters cleaned, but I'll be contacting Finishing Touch Services when next we require that to get a quote on that project, too!

My furnace stopped working, got on Utube for Goodman furnace repair, my igniter was bad, replaced it worked for ten minutes stopped, said replace the board, worked for 10 minutes and stopped working. Called A&M came out and replaced a pressure switch worked fine then quite, Donald came back out no charge, ordered a factory pressure switch, installed it, then noticed water in the system, went into the attic found the vent pipe was not level and fixed it. Derrek and his team did an amazing job on our kitchen cabinets and builtins as well as the interior of our home. I knew he was the person for the job when he came to give us a quote and quickly started talking about the things he was able to cover/fix as needed. His attention to detail and his passion showed through very quickly. As I work from home, Derrek at times had to work around me and my schedule and was easy to work with on that front. If there were any issues he would come to us to let us know not only the issue but he always had a solution ready to go too. Further, he helped with a couple of suggestions of how to use accent colors and it truly turned out beautiful -- even better than I could have imagined. I have known Tina and John for 7 years and have the utmost love, admiration and appreciation for the work that they do to positively enrich the lives of people and horses through The Whole Horse Place. I lost my beloved horse Brady after almost 20 yrs together. I didn't know how to move forward emotionally, until Tina asked if I'd like to ride one of her horses, Tarsin. For the past 6 mos we have developed the most amazing bond and I learned that I can love another horse again and enjoy riding out on the beautiful Alpine trails with Tarsin. We contacted Shear Illusions to do hair for my wedding with very little notice. Saundra responded right and was able to schedule me the morning of my wedding. She sent me ideas and suggestions, and on the day of was flexible in using hairspray that I brought due to an allergy to scented products. She did a great job, and was fantastic to work with. Highly recommend!
Alyssa has done magic with my hair. Every time I go to her for any change, she answers my hundreds of questions oh-so-patiently, and gives me the honest cons and pros for that certain change. Afterwards I get tons of compliments - for months! - for the job she's done. In my eyes there's no one above her when it comes to color/highlights ?♀️?♀️

I forgot to leave 5 stars after my last appointment, but my sister just got her hair done and it looks AMAZING. She went from a split dye red and black hair to full purple in a single session. When I got my hair done, I asked for a root touch up and long layers. My hair has never looked better!! After 3 years of expensive and inattentive hair salons, this is now my entire family’s go-to spot.
Won’t let me post another review, but this time i went from grown out blonde to a beautiful strawberry blonde ombré! It went very quick bc both Mara and Matthew were working on it. Barber skillfully and carefully cut my hair in the style I told him I wanted. $20 for a good cut and hair wash? Will be my new go to barber. Highly recommend.

I'm so happy I found this place. My son had gotten a haircut in some place in silverdale and they had messed it up. I was scared to look for a new barber but they were very welcoming and assured me that they would fix it. And that they did! My son's hair looked so much better.

Holy moly...this is the only place I can ever get my nails done in the area from now on. Pedicures are top notch and every manicure I have had was done with incredible attention to details. Susan took my ratty nails and made them so dreamy. Highly recommend making an appointment as they can get very busy and CASH ONLY but there is an ATM onsite. 1000/10 stars.
This shop and staff were terrific! We went looking for different shop and Ocean nailed it! My nails look amazing. They were gentle on my hands which is a must due to arthritis. I am very happy!

I asked for curtain bangs and Brittany did them well, although they turned out a bit shorter then I would've hoped for. she was super nice and I felt super comfortable immediately. At first I was nervous because bangs are something that take time to grow out so I was basically trusting this stranger with the future of my hair, but she seemed very confident and that calmed me right away! I absolutely love th interior of this place and I'm very happy with my decision to come here!

Dana gave me a great cut and color that was just right for the transition to having hair again, and the price is very comparable to other salons, but I feel a bit more reasonable. Jason was leaking. Called H&M Air Duct Cleaning & Dryer Vent Cleaning Services Of WA. Jason came over the next day and assessed the unit. The leak required an additional part that he sourced quickly and came back to fix the unit. It works perfectly. Jason is a great communicator, friendly and dedicated.
These guys are the best.They did some structural work on our second story deck. They were on time, left the job site clean , super informative and communicative, and very professional.If you need work done call them first.
I hired Donny and company to paint the entire interior of my house. They were thorough, accurate and communicative. The bid was complete and easy to understand. He helped me choose colors and explained the difference between kinds of paints to me. We had one miscommunication while the work was done, and they corrected it the very next day.They were on time each day (the project required several days of work), respectful of my home and neighborhood, and professional. I really feel the crew and company went above and beyond.I absolutely love the end result. My house looks better than it did when it was new! I will be hiring them again when I need the exterior painted next year. Highly recommend them!

I haven't had the opportunity to actually hire black lotus (yet) but I did a lot of research on landscaping service companies in the area to help us with a clean slate in our new home. Black Lotus stood out to me as the best option amongst all the competitors. I texted for a quote and whoever has been texting me back has had really excellent communication and is working with me on finding a solution that is more aligned with our restricted "move-in" budget. If anyone is on the fence between services, I suggest giving black lotus a call.

Austin was very helpful and easy to work with. I had to work with 3 different neighbors to get trees trimmed and he was extremely patient with me when complications arose and I had to rescedule some aspects of it. The trees look great and we finally got our view back. I got a couple different bids and his was reasonable and not the most expensive. Great work!
These guys know what they are doing and have fair prices. They won't tell you to kill a tree if it just needs some clean up. Good honest small business like this are hard to find these days.

Dr. Fisher and staff have been incredible to me and family since she first began here. Always friendly, helpful and always a positive experience. Recently broke a tooth and they did everything they could to help with the process. She can in on off hours, they worked schedule around my needs(even asking the lab to finish my tooth early so I could go to my daughters graduation with a full set of teeth) and were always supportive. I wish all my experiences with drs and offices were this positive. I highly recommend them.

Didn't try to put me on a long treadmill plan or do X-rays- which I greatly appreciated. Simply adjusted my spine and shoulder and said to come back when needed. That is the first time a chiropractor didn't try to convince me I needed 30 appointments to feel good. And I feel GREAT afterwards and my shoulder had been out for months. Thank you! There aren’t enough words to describe just how amazing Dr Neil is, my husband and I have been patients of his for at least 10 years now, we had many experiences with other chiropractors in the area and no one compares! Dr Neil is flexible, thorough, kind, patient, and reasonably priced. He explains in detail exactly what he is doing and what is going on with your spine, all of my adjustments have left me with a smile on my face, he is very comfortable to be around and has never been pushy about making tons of follow up appointments, he leaves that up to you as the patient, he is the perfect fit for us! I first made an appointment with Dr.Ali one year ago. I went for Sciatica pain. I also received free X-rays and exam. Dr.Ali not only successfully treated my Sciatica she also recommended a program that drastically improved my posture and spine alignment. My husband couldn't believe the difference. I did take 3 months off for a knee replacement, which was easier to recover due to staff rooting me along. Most recently I was offered a cold lazer therapy to address a specific pain in my knee as well as arthritis and today hip pain. I had never heard of this and was willing to try almost anything. It was like magic the very noticeable improvement after only one cold therapy session. That's my story, Ellie Sanchez I am 66 years old. Needless to say I am a Big fan of Holt Chiropractor. All of the staff is amazing at Action. I came as a result of a MVA and they were super understanding. They have a very flexible schedule which is great for me having a flexible work schedule as well, meaning I was still able to get treatment while working. Each doctor has a different type of adjustment style so I recommend seeing each of them until you find one that works best with your body. However all are amazing! My massage therapist Joana is great, and made me feel comfortable as it was my first massage i have ever gotten. After over a year of treatment, my case is finally closed and I am very thankful to the staff here- office assistants included! As a young active person, I will definitely continue to come here if I need an adjustment in the future. Thank you Action Chiropractic for helping me get my life back!

First appointment of what I hope to be regular visits! Brought my two girls in this morning and they look fantastic. I must say, the friendliness of the staff is top tier. I was a half hour late for my appointment, and the girls were so wonderfully understanding about it. Little did they know, they made all the difference in the rough few days I had been having. Such a simple act of kindness on their part and my whole outlook for the week was changed.
As for the quality of their work, it can’t be beat. Both my pups came home clean and smelling wonderful, and even my nervous neurotic girl seemed to be unfazed by the whole experience when I picked her up. They definitely followed my recommendation to the T, because if they hadn’t she would’ve been a ball of nerves when I got her back.

My high- energy puppy and I recently had our first experience with this groomer.My puppy’s coat was a matted mess and Mariah did an excellent job cutting her coat down to a healthy level.Unfortunately, I doubt that I can entrust my dog to them in the future.I think communication with pet owners is not their strong suit…but it’s critical to me. Since this was our first visit, they might have at least given me a reasonable expectation of when I would receive my pet back!No, I cannot tell you how to run your business, but I can choose not to patronize it.Thank you, Mariah, for taking care of my puppy!
Chelsea was my therapist and she was great! She listened to me. I have had great therapists but she spent time working on the areas that bothered me much more than others I have seen in the past.
I can't say enough about how great it was to work with Melissa. I was in town for a few weeks to help my brother after he had ankle surgery - he was experiencing a lot of pain from not only the surgery, but also the crutches he had been on for a week or so. And I will never turn down a good massage :) Melissa was easy to communicate with, was able to fit us in quickly, arrived right on time, and had a perfect, speedy set up that worked great in the basement family room. I get massages regularly, and can confidently say that this is one of the best that I've had - Melissa clearly cares deeply about the quality of her work, and it shows. My brother also said he felt so much better after his session with her. If you are on the fence about in-home massage, make the leap and call Melissa - you won't regret it!

Came in on a Tuesday at 7pm., they took me as soon as I walked in. The place was very quiet except for some peaceful music playing softy in the background. The room I was brought to was very clean and smelled like fresh linen. The massage was excellent and I can't wait to come back!
This place really surprised me. Definitely the best massage I've had in Kitsap County. Shauna was very sweet, professional and does amazing work. I asked for a combination of mid to deep tissue and she delivered perfectly. The place is immaculate and prices are reasonable. I'll definitely be back!
I have been to this salon over 10 times. It is clean and relaxing. My favorite massage is the combo with the foot massage, then body massage ending with hot rocks. He uses the right pressure and works on areas that need attention.

I have chronic pain and have had many massages in my life. Patti is so skilled, the best I have ever had. Her massages "last" like no other even when I leave it too long and am basically a train wreck.
I had my very first massage here and it was absolutely amazing! My husband took us to do the couples hour massage and I'll tell you that we had the best experience! My husband has been in before and told me about the wonders of massage when it's done right and these two lovely ladies did deliver! I thoroughly enjoyed the entire process and both of our masseuses were very gentle talkers, sweet, and quick to any and all needs. Well definitely be going back, and if you're thinking about getting one, or two, or three, this is the place to go to! Thank you!!! ?
Pretty good massage, but I'm still looking for someone who k will dig in and massage the whole hour. Not a fan of all the other stuff.

This is a friendly place with professionals that have your best interest at heart. Nikki, Ashley, James and Tyson whom I spent the most time with. I had a total knee replacement and I was a challenge. Patience and knowledge is what to expect. I plan to be going back after my next procedure. I highly recommend them. They have your best outcome at heart. Very nice facility too.
I climb trees for a living. Hanging saws off my hip, and constantly putting my body in unique positions to climb to the tips, over residences... let's just say you use your skeleton and muscles in a way it wasn't exactly intended. Having sore joints and random body pains is just a part of the territory. Or so I thought...
One day I had an injury. I assumed a cracked rib, but the doctor told me it was subluxation... essentially dislocation. He gave me a prescription and referral to Frederick Chirpractic.
My first visit, I recognized Dr. Frederick and his wife. They also recognized me... I removed one of their trees a year prior to this injury. After telling him what brought me in, Dr. Frederick got to work.
He contorted my body in so many different ways to straighten out my crooked spine, hips, and addressed my rib pain. To say I left his office that day no longer feeling 36 would be an understatement. I felt taller, more free and was surprised to discover that I had substantially less pain. I was directed to visit one a week for about 4 or 5 weeks. So I did.
At the end of that period, I can honestly say I genuinely felt better. All the pains I assumed were just normal with the nature of my work and age were gone. I was sleeping full nights, waking up with no pain, and was producing better at work with more energy.
Hospital visits, urgent care, primary care etc. For pain is expensive, takes time, and 99% of the time nothing can be done about it. "Here, take this pill and give it 2 weeks..." unless I've broken a bone or fallen seriously ill, I just got to Frederick Chiropractic to get the relief I'm seeking. Dr. Frederick tells me at the end of each session "Your career extension treatment is now complete." I must say, I think he is right.
