Wow! Nikki= fantastic!! I was a walk-in but she's my permanent go-to now! SO talented, true artist w a mani-pedi and a super nice person too. She can handle ANY type of hair- I am so lucky to have found her- you can't go wrong!

Suzi provided a stellar service for my kiddo. My kiddo is a person with a spectrum disorder, and doesn't often feel comfy at new places, with new people, and with being touched. Suzi was certain to gain his consent before touching him, and that was meaningful for this little guy. Suzi was fully attuned to this little guy, taking care to "tell, show, do" like, tell him a buzzer will be used, show him the buzzer and let him gauge the experience, and then proceeded to use it. That "tell, show, do" process helped him feel respected and aware of what his experience will be like, without surprises. "I want Suzy to be my forever haircutter" and... yes, buddy. I do, too. Her skill with a kiddo's low-taper fade made him feel extra fresh and fly for a more confident walk in the world. I'm bigly grateful to Pacific Rose, their staff, and to Suzi for making him feel warm and safe in a world that doesn't often take intentional steps to help us feel a part of it.
