“Fairchild Floors warrants a hearty 5 stars, and if possible, Linda would warrant several additional stars! Design is not my strength, and when upgrading a 25-year-old house, balancing form, function, beauty, and costs can be challenging. Linda listened to my goals and likes, processed renovation needs, knew exactly where to find options, but also was good about providing advice on styles, design, and potential pitfalls. She was careful not to project her individual tastes but obviously knew design trends. All done with patience and humor. The inventory is diverse. They were good at checking availability and shipping times and amazingly flexible on offering on-site measuring. Refreshing!! The results have been a perfect blend of contemporary and cozy.
