Fairchild Floors warrants a hearty 5 stars, and if possible, Linda would warrant several additional stars! Design is not my strength, and when upgrading a 25-year-old house, balancing form, function, beauty, and costs can be challenging. Linda listened to my goals and likes, processed renovation needs, knew exactly where to find options, but also was good about providing advice on styles, design, and potential pitfalls. She was careful not to project her individual tastes but obviously knew design trends. All done with patience and humor. The inventory is diverse. I have ordered blinds from them 3 different times, and they have been great each time with the process very easy and professional. Julie is great, knows what she is doing and has great customer service.

Everything was positive about our experience with Fairchild Floors. We purchased our remote controlled Hunter Douglas blinds there years ago. When one of the three blinds quit working, Julie responded right away and fixed the problem with a great attitude. Thanks to all of you for the great service!
