Everyone I had contact with in the office was welcoming and helpful. I was a wanna be patient when my crown fell off, they took care of everything.
Having served in the military for 20+ years, I've been both stationed in a number of states and seen quite a few dentists. While serving dental care was readily available. However after retirement it is no longer available. I'm a 100% disabled veteran so I am qualified for dental coverage. However all dental care has to be pre-approved through the VA. Unfortunately there are only a handful of Dental Facilities that accept VA. It's probably a difficult process to get set up for VA care and because of the limited amount that dentists are allowed to charge for many sadly don't want any part of it. Service to the country, to THEM, only goes one way. Well Irwin Dental is one of those Dental Facilities that accept VA patients. They are by far one of the most proficient dental facilities I've been to. Their office is beautiful with hot coffee waiting at the entrance while you wait to be seen. The staff provides outstanding professional and courteous service treating each patient as their ONLY patient and not just another number. They provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere for those who aren't too comfortable having to visit the dentist. The care and treatment provided is second to none and as I said earlier, I've visited a few. They ensure you're comfortable and take the time out to cover everything your treatment will entail and go over all your future treatments answering every question you may have. I'm not reviewing them only because they accept VA, I've seen them check in patients who are non-affiliated with the service and they too receive the outstanding professional courteous service that I do. If you're new to the area and looking for new dental care or are considering changing to a new dental care provider, I'd HIGHLY recommend and I'm sure all their patients both feel the same way and would support this review, Irwin Dental.
