We've had Kustom take care of a few projects for us and they have been been absolutely great to work with. They are extremely efficient and communicative! Oscar came out yesterday and was very respectful and understanding of the situation we were dealing with and made sure that we were taken care of. I wouldn't recommend anybody else for restoration/remediation.
Very happy with the speed of response and overall help and ease they put us at for the disaster of water damage to our kitchen. I have had them help in repair for a previous damage to our wall between the garage and living. They did so well that once we had this water damage I had no second thought but to use Kustom restoration for the repair as they have already taken care of us at a high quality of work.
Our family experienced a 2nd floor laundry room flood the first week of March. We were referred to Kustom and after speaking with Jordon, we knew we had found the right contractor for us. Jordon was patient, prompt in communication and asked us throughout the process how we felt about the work being done and if there was anything more he could do for us. Kevin and his team was able to put our home back together faster than expected and the work is second to none. We needed all new carpet, the tile floor in the laundry room, the entire downstairs ceiling including pendant and can lights and a thorough cleaning after the work. And we got just that.
