Adding additional comments for dental. Getting a dental appointment can take months or even up to a year. In all my past 3 yearly cleaning not a single one of the dentists told me I needed to see a periodontist due to gum disease nor did I get any advice on managing it. Didn't even know I had it until I went to an orthodontist consultation! I was planning to get braces and have to delay it because I now have to address a problem that should've been addressed years ago. Unfortunately finding a perio who takes state insurance locally doesn't exist and they're only on the west side. Had I known I had gum disease I would've made appointments during my many visits to the west side. Subpar care and it's a joke that they label themselves as "quality care".

I have called 3 times for help with my husbands meds. No return call EVER. He had an MRI 3 weeks ago and still no answer what was wrong. The pharmacy will no longer help with his medicine. The dentist part is a complete joke. VERY, VERY disappointed in this worthless place.

They care nothing about the patients. They strong arm you into seeing the doctor to get a prescription refill as what they're doing to me. Luckily my medication don't keep me alive but vastly affects my quality of life and I can't get an appt for months. Go somewhere else
