“Thank God for Homes by Jessica!!! I received notice from American Home Shield on Feb 27 that HBJ would contact me within 24 hours. American Home Shield did not contact HBJ until Mar 1. Thank God for HBJ. They were out here the day they heard and got my electrical problem solved, no thanks to American Home Shield. American Home Shield failed to notify HBJ as they claimed they had. Homes by Jessica gets 5 stars! American Home Shield is garbage.“
