We had trouble with the furnace/heat pump two other companies came out One said we needed a new unit didn’t even look at our furnace . The other worked on it for a while and also said we’d need a new unit. Both quoted prices we had to think about. Saw a fellow at Discount Lumber in Hermiston wearing a Pancho’s work shirt. Asked the employee there and he said yes!! Great company. Eric came out and worked on our furnace for awhile and discovered the compressor was gone. We decided to go with Pancho’s for the new installation !!???

Our AC went out this summer and the house was so miserable. We got ahold of this company and literally the next morning they came out and fixed it. Tino was very thorough, fast, informative and respectful. He did great work and we were very happy! Definitely would recommend this company.

Highly recommend Panchos. Had them come to work on my dad’s air conditioning unit which was old. They replaced a part and works great! They do not pressure to replace the old unit like all other companies. They are resonable, honest and do fantastic work. We will not use anyone but Panchos!
