I love my providers at Lourdes but their billing department needs some serious updating. Instead of posting any bills to my portal they just sent their statements to a debt collection agency to ruin my credit. It was impossible to get someone to answer the phone and talk to a real person and when I finally did they were not able to handle finances only able to confirm the amount I owed. They sent me to another number of which I left a detailed message and was informed I would be called back within 2 days. To date I have still not received a call back to even accept payment. Very disappointed in billing department and general customer service.

Their new kiosk system is a step BACKWARDS in Lourdes care. If I can convince the VA to let us intercity Radiology or one of the two other hospitals in the area , I will! Dang we have three other doctors we use that prefer Lourdes I hate to drop because of poor decisions RCCH has made. What a blow to our health care system! Feel free to write and I will expand. I'm feeling frustrated that there is not a "zero stars" option. This review is solely concerning the billing office. I have been trying to get a refund of duplicate payment of $2770 since Oct. 20th, 2023 (Insurance mistakenly denied payment and we paid. Then insurance reprocessed and paid 10/20/2024 and we requested refund.) I have contacted billing more than a dozen times, sent a dozen emails, sent proof of payment in six times, have been promised a call back at least six times and was not called back once.
