Lucas went above and beyond! I would highly recommend his company. He was honest, patient and does great work. Our A/C failed during the 112 degree heat wave and He came out within a few hours (on the weekend) even though our home warranty would not cover the extra "off-hours" cost to do so. We had our A/C fail 4 weeks after we purchased our condominium. Thankfully the sellers purchased us a home warranty. Advanced Construction was the company I was told to contact. Lucas came out the next day and evaluated our problem. We needed a new coil and the warranty company was very difficult to get ahold of! Lucas help push the process thru and found a new coil locally. In my opinion Lucas went above and beyond to help us out! He showed up on time and went right to work followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. We have a working A/C unit. Thank you!
