I enjoy your shop: the people are all friendly and informative, and the open back door policy is nice as I can actually talk to the person fixing my vehicle. A lot of shops will not allow this for workplace hazard or insurance reasons, or because it slows the work down. I have sent this recommendation to many friends and relatives too!
