Carried the maintenance warranty for 15 years which clearly stated that if they could not repair the system they would replace it.Once the system got old the local service tech said that they would not be able to repair it much longer.When we pointed out that the warranty said that it would be replaced if not repairable he told me "They just say that so you will keep paying to renew the warranty".Definitely NOT the same Sears it once was.
Great coffee but a little pricey... friendly staff, nice decor
