“We called last minute and were coming from out of town. Jim was incredibly nice had an opening. He was going to be out of town but told us meet his son would be meeting us, He was just as nice & inviting asking which room Roxy would like. our dog is a bit spoiled and when we picked her up today, even though we would not have expected it he said she doesn't like to go to the bathroom by herself it was sweet he noticed and spent the extra time with her. Drop off & Pick -up were easy and there were a lot of friends for Roxy to meet. I would highly recommend“
