I have to give Kristi Marchand 5 stars on all fronts. We moved to Omak from Ohio in 2002 needing to start everything over. Kristi made that process seamless. Over the years Kristi has gone out of her way to help us with any claims, questions, concerns. I can say that in 20 years her dedication, kindness and knowledge base has never wavered. That is a very rare quality. My family recommends Kristi to anyone without any reservation.
