We called last minute and were coming from out of town. Jim was incredibly nice had an opening. He was going to be out of town but told us meet his son would be meeting us, He was just as nice & inviting asking which room Roxy would like. our dog is a bit spoiled and when we picked her up today, even though we would not have expected it he said she doesn't like to go to the bathroom by herself it was sweet he noticed and spent the extra time with her. Drop off & Pick -up were easy and there were a lot of friends for Roxy to meet. I would highly recommend

The environment there is phenomenal, and it’s an amazing place for physical therapy. The gals that worked on my shoulder were all amazing and helped me heal faster then I anticipated. If your ever in need for physical therapy I HIGHLY recommend them, also I can guarantee you’ll be laughing at the end of each of your sessions.
The talent she has for doing ethnic hair and getting it to these colors are amazing. She always gives me the best advise for my hair and what she recommends and wouldn’t recommend for my hair. She is the best!

We were on holidays 1.5 hours away from Omak. Tried 8 different vets and no one would see my dog for her UTI. This vet took us in on short notice. We had an excellent experience from the front desk to the vet. The vet was knowledgeable, kind and helped us when were in a difficult situation. The cost was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place. Thanks again for all your help dog is on the mend and we are back from our holidays!
