Worst experience ever. Don't waste your time booking an appointment with Jennah Brown. Our first appointment was scheduled for 530- we arrive and she wasn't there- there was zero communication prior from her. When we finally got ahold of her she had us come back at 730pm only to ghost us again, said she was on her way but didn't show up until 9pm, we weren't done until 1130pm on a school night only because my child was super looking forward to her first haircut so we went for it. Despite this I gave the benefit of the doubt and took my other daughter to her scheduled appointment 2 days later at 530pm....Once again Jennah was not there nor did she communicate. When we got ahold of her, she told us she was in Seattle and wouldn't be there until 730pm, so we waited till then only to be ghosted again so we canceled the appointment. My child was let down by someone who didn't bother to communicate or make an honest effort to commit to our appointments. Very unprofessional and rude to not give us a heads-up about being late as if our time, our child's excitement and money spent wasn't valued.

I can’t thank you enough! I am beyond blessed to have you as a friend. My mom loves her hair, and there are no words to sum up how amazing she felt being spoiled by you on her birthday. As we say here in Texas…. I tip my hat to you!
