““Another FIVE STAR service provided by Jim (owner) and Jon! On Sunday, Nov. 26, 2023, I noticed our in home thermostat was blank (not lighted), and no heat. Checked the fuse panel, and the furnace breaker was not tripped. I called Pacific Air and left a message. Within a couple hours, I received a phone call from Jim and explained the situation. He came out within three hours and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new circuit board. He did not have one onboard and stated they would look for a new one on Monday. We received a phone call Monday morning stating they would be back out at our house late afternoon to install the new circuit board. Jon did the install. He was very conscientious, and thorough. An hour later, the furnace was back up and running perfectly! Thank you so much for the quick turnaround time and professionalism! We have been customers for nearly 20 years.
