I have nothing but praise for the beautiful girls Mel and Hayley at Phoenix hot co. The atmosphere is nothing but relaxed and warming with a fabulous friendly vibe. These girls go above and beyond to deliver other every customer. My first visit with Mel, she created magic after I had Gone to another salon and it turned out a disaster.
